Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored shade solutions
• Perform product demonstrations and presentations
• Generate and close sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track leads and manage pipeline using CRM tools (Leap, SalesPro, etc.)
• Upsell products and services to maximize revenue
• Stay current on products, pricing, and industry trends

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or consultative sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working on commission
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Leap, or similar preferred)

• Job Type: Contract (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity)
• Pay: Commission Only (Uncapped Earnings)
• Schedule: Flexible (Day & Night Shifts Available)
• Work Location: In-Person / Hybrid
