Viant is seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our go-to-market engine. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, and performance analytics. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how revenue is planned, measured, and executed across the organization.
You will act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, bringing structure, insights, and rigor to decision-making while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive growth. From designing scalable compensation plans to enhancing our reporting infrastructure and tech stack, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our revenue organization operates with precision and clarity.

Base compensation range: $110,000 - $125,000 + Bonus & Equity In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant's reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. Final title and compensation for the position will be based on several factors including work experience and education.
