What You’ll Do Revenue & Pricing Strategy Own pricing and revenue strategy for a portfolio of properties Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor behavior Adjust rates and restrictions proactively to drive performance Performance Analysis & Data Discovery Analyze key revenue KPIs such as occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, and length of stay Identify trends and opportunities through deep data analysis Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration Present revenue strategy and performance to executives and regional leadership Partner closely with property managers and on‑site teams to ensure strategies are understood and executed Adapt communication style to different audiences, from leadership to day‑to‑day operators Ownership & Accountability Take full ownership of revenue results for your assigned region Balance short‑term performance with long‑term optimization Drive continuous improvement in both results and process What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of revenue management, pricing, or analytical experience Revenue, pricing, or yield management in hospitality or adjacent industries Strong understanding of core KPIs (occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, length of stay) Proven ability to analyze data and clearly communicate insights Comfortable presenting recommendations and influencing decision‑making Self‑motivated, confident, and able to work independently in a remote environment Why This Role High visibility and ownership of results Opportunity to influence both strategy and execution Remote flexibility with meaningful impact Growing platform with room to scale responsibility Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Finance Industry Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
