As a Rental Manager, you will oversee the sales and operational aspects of your assigned Foley Rental location(s), ensuring a seamless and successful rental experience for our valued customers. If you have a proven track record of motivating teams, possess in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, and are skilled in managing profit and loss, we want to hear from you! What You Will Do in This Role:Prioritize safety while overseeing operational aspects such as yard management, transportation drivers, and rental coordinators. Build a strong rapport with employees and customers in your market, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Develop and mentor employees, cultivating their skills and enhancing their performance. Manage outside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize sales opportunities. Identify emerging rental markets and equipment needs, keeping our business at the forefront of industry trends. Prepare and manage budgets, taking responsibility for profit and loss statements and financial planning. Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations. Our Ideal Candidate:Demonstrated ability to positively motivate and manage others, creating a high-performing team. Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment rental practices and market dynamics. Proficiency in profit and loss analysis, financial statements, budgeting, and other financial aspects of the business. Exceptional customer relations and communication skills, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
