Overview Administrative Executive Assistant to the Senior VP and upper management. Direct Hire/permanent placement. Remote work from home schedule. Responsibilities Support the Senior VP and upper management on projects as needed. Data entry, updating client information, and providing back-up clerical support to the accounting department (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and light bookkeeping). Assist with front-end collections and answer phones when needed. Collaborate on projects that involve the legal field, law firms, attorneys, paralegals, or other support staff. Qualifications / Minimum Requirements 1+ year of administrative experience Strong organizational skills Experience in a law firm, accounting, or finance position preferred Mortgage banking/finance industry experience (escrow, commercial or residential) encouraged Benefits Generous benefits plan after a short probationary period, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and more.
