Job Description

Legrand is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support the Data, Power & Control (CCB) Team in Anaheim, CA. You will guide quality processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, You will manage reporting, internal auditing, customer surveys, ISO certification maintenance and improving SOPs . What Will You Do?

  • Lead and support a diverse quality team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work culture
  • Oversee inspection and testing processes that ensure product reliability and effectiveness.
  • Partner with teams across production, engineering, and operations to enhance product quality and minimize costs.
  • Review customer feedback and quality concerns, using empathy and data?driven problem?solving.
  • Approve incoming materials and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Manage internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead training programs focused on quality systems and best practices.
  • Maintain ISO standards and support certification activities.
  • Promote safety, belonging and respect within the workplace.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in quality control or assurance.
  • 2+ years of people?leadership experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross?functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Salary and Benefits: $110,000 - $130,000 base plus bonus
