Onsite Program Controls Analyst

The Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors (AISS) Product Area, within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit is seeking an onsite program controls analyst. The analyst will support the execution of several key strategic development programs for Raytheon. The analyst will work closely with finance management in supporting contractual Earned Value implementation, EAC Development, and AD Hoc Analysis.

The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced team environment, work across multiple organizations and levels of leadership, and meet deadlines. This candidate is detail focused, seeks process improvement and efficiency opportunities, and works to ensure the program successfully executes. What You Will Do

You will work closely with the program managers as well as cross-functional partners to facilitate financial results, while also maintaining excellent internal controls. Prepare weekly and monthly program reports. Perform Adhoc Analysis Tool implementation with process improvement focus. Support Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, EVMS CDRL preparation (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR) Data analysis and Variance development.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or related field and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with MS office (Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint). Experience with forecasting, variance analysis and/or budgeting. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Excellent written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to succinctly present complex information. Ability to work within a fast-moving business. Must be flexible and able to care for a wide range of work assignments with strong attention to detail and an ability to balance multiple projects & processes simultaneously. Minimal direct supervision as well as being a self-starter. Leverage critical thinking skills to provide value-added analysis to management. Understanding of RTX financial and accounting policies and procedures Experience with application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
