Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Seated Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and good manual dexterity.

Job Title:  Seated Production Worker - Part Time & Full Time

Location: Clear Lake, WI

Pay Range: $15 - $21/hr Depending on Experience

Shift: 1st (6a-2p, Mon-Fri),  2nd (2p-10p,Mon-Fri), 3rd   Shift (10p-6a, Mon-Fri) and Weekend Shift (6a-6p, Fri/Sat/Sun)

What's the Job?

• Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using methods and materials as specified in the designated processes using small hand tools, microscope and /or other support equipment.
• Inspect own work for quality compliance.
• Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required and appropriate.
• Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance.

What's Needed?

• Looking for candidates with strong work history
• Must clearly speak, read and write English.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to communicate uncomplicated data, instructions, production results, quality issues and similar subjects both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
