Housekeeper Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury hotel, private estate, or high-net-worth household settings strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain ultra-luxury cleaning and presentation standards
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for privacy
• Flexibility for scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and special events
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks

Housekeeper Preferred Background & Skills

• Knowledge of proper care for luxury surfaces, materials, and fine fabrics
• Time management skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and polished, professional demeanor

Housekeeper Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and specialty rooms
• Handle laundry care, including washing, steaming, ironing, folding, and organizing delicate fabrics
• Maintain immaculate room presentation and make beds to five-star hospitality standards
• Stock household supplies and report inventory or maintenance needs
• Care for marble, hardwoods, antiques, and custom furnishings using proper methods
• Collaborate with estate management and other household staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
