The Policy Analyst is responsible for developing, reviewing and maintaining agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal mandates, accreditation standards, and best practices in law enforcement. This position plays a critical role in supporting the agency’s efforts to achieve and maintain accreditation by conducting in-depth research and analysis of laws, regulations and professional standards to inform policy development and revision. Requirements Required: Three (3) years of experience in a law enforcement or public safety agency. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in policy analysis, public administration, accreditation, legal compliance, or a similar field.
