Our therapists need to be self-motivated, organized, and caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our patients. A license in good standing to practice in the state of CA as a PT or PTA is necessary. We prefer 1 years of experience, however we will consider those with less experience if they are the right candidate, and we are willing to mentor those with less experience. We are always looking for therapist to work in other area as well, So, if you are interested to work in any other area reach out to us.

Responsibilities for PTA: - Follow PT Plan of care and report to supervising PT - Perform appropriate therapeutic intervention to achieve the patient's maximum function and independence to relieve pain - Develop home exercises program - Maintain communication with the staff, PT, MD, agency in regards to the status of the patient including implementation of treatment plan, changes in status, and discharge from care
