Position Available: .5 FTE Physical Education Teacher

Location: Foley High School

Compensation: .5 FTE Master Agreement between Foley Public Schools and Foley United Educators. Current 1.0 FTE range: $51,818.00-$91,664.00.

Job Description: Foley Public Schools is accepting applications for a .5 FTE Physical Education Teacher at Foley High School for the 2025-26 school year. The successful candidate will enjoy excellent facilities that include a fieldhouse, track, pool, ball fields and green space in which to teach both indoor and outdoor activities. Candidates should possess strong technology skills and bring a cooperative professional approach to teaching.
Coaching and/or Advisor positions are also available but are not a requirement for this position.


Experience: Candidates must possess or be able to demonstrate ability to obtain appropriate licensure prior to the beginning of the 2026-27 school year. Preference given to candidates with experience and qualification in strength training and setting up strength training programs for athletes and teams.
