Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr About Us: A closely held family business in Exton, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the leader of the finance and accounting division of a closely held business. Most importantly, this position will have a roadmap for growth within the company. Position Summary: This individual will provide support to the Accounting and HR departments, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, smooth internal processes, and timely completion of tasks. This is a dual‑role position ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, can handle confidential information with discretion, and thrives in a small business environment.
