Patient Registration Clerk

Part time patient registration clerk needed for outpatient imaging center.

Vision Imaging, a Rezolut Company, is looking for a Patient Registrar to join our team! Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Job Summary

The Patient Registrar will greet patients, register them into the system, collect money, and perform other clerical duties.

Essential Functions of a Patient Coordinator

• Register clients at the front desk.
• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to complete appointment scheduling, cancellation, and confirmation requests. Provide the first available appointment by matching patient preferences with specific scheduling guidelines.
• Collect and coordinate accurate basic registration, demographic, and insurance information.
• Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests.
• Functions as a team member to organize and prioritize responsibilities to complete daily work assignments.

Education and Experience

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of prior medical coordination or similar experience preferred.
