Family Location: Eagan, MN Summary: A bit about us: We are a close-knit, family-focused household with a happy and engaged 3 year old who is usually up for anything, welcoming a new baby in April. She is naturally helpful, and it has been incredibly rewarding to watch her grow into that role with confidence and curiosity. We spend a lot of time with our extended family and truly value strong family connections. Getting out and enjoying sunshine and fresh air is important to us, whether that’s through walks, outings, or simply being outside together. Reading is a big part of our daily life, we love books and sharing stories. While we don’t travel frequently, we do enjoy visiting friends and family and staying connected to the people we care about. Our current nanny is also having a baby and will be out welcoming her new child for a few months, and that is where you come in! We’re excited to welcome a nanny who values warmth, engagement, and supporting a child’s growth alongside us.
A bit about you: We are looking for a nanny who can provide steady structure and consistency during a time of transition, particularly for our toddler. Maintaining a predictable routine and following a fairly consistent schedule will be important, while also remaining flexible as plans occasionally shift. We value a caregiver who is attentive and responsive, someone who can learn our child’s needs as they evolve and adjust their approach thoughtfully. Strong communication is essential, especially during handoffs between mom and the nanny, and we appreciate a team-oriented mindset where we can tag-team as needed. We are excited to support a smooth transition by offering the opportunity to connect with our current nanny through interviews, shadowing, and shared insight, helping everyone feel confident and aligned.
Job Duties: The nanny will support a consistent daily routine focused on structure, engagement, and flexibility. When the nanny arrives, they will pass off with the daytime nanny to get any notes from the day. The nanny will help the children settle into the evening routine, helping with providing meals for the oldest and following the baby’s routine. Infant care will be a shared, team-based approach, including bringing the baby to mom for nursing, supporting active wake windows, and working together to ensure the baby is settled and cared for throughout the evening. Communication and collaboration will be key to maintaining a smooth, supportive rhythm for both children.

Schedule: Starting April 15 th , Monday to Friday from 3 am to 7 pm, going through September 25 th . Would love one daytime weekend day for 5-6 hours each week as well, can be flexible from week to week.
