Journeyman Painter

We are a busy Painting and Coatings Company based in Portland, seeking Journeyman Painters for year-round work. Our company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Compensation: $28 - $34 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable painting experience.
• Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Professional appearance when interacting with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members on large construction projects.
• Occasionally work out of town (travelers encouraged to apply).
• Use personal hand tools as needed.
• Exhibit strong skills in spray painting.

Schedule:

• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts.
• Day, night, and weekend shifts available.
• Overtime opportunities.

Location: Vancouver, WA 98661 (must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work).

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in commercial painting.
