Position Overview Burlington seeks an Operations Service Manager to lead key store teams, coach and develop associate staff, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive business results across customer service, cashier, and receiving operations. Responsibilities Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Safekeep company funds, protect assets, handle sales and record‑keeping procedures. Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and facilitate smooth customer flow at registers. Execute overall operations and receiving SOPS, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks. Partner with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy. Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), setting a leadership example for customers and associates. Support the Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning. Assist in the management of other store operations areas as needed. Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams. Qualifications 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in an off‑price, big‑box, or similar multi‑unit retail organization. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical capacity to lift and move up to 40 lbs. Experience with scheduling and reporting computer software. Availability for occasional travel. Benefits Competitive hourly wage ($21.05 - $28.05 per hour). Flexible hours. Associate discount.
