Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated On-Site Manager to oversee our 70 residential units in the Los Angeles area . The Company provides the employee with:
Free on-site apartment
Salary: $900 – $1,300 biweekly, depending on experience and property needs

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, pre-leasing, tenant relations, and staff coordination .
