Role Description

We are seeking a part-time/Full-Time Office Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, including managing schedules, supporting executive administrative functions, handling clerical duties, and assisting with daily business operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage professionally with team members and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in diary management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
• Solid clerical skills, including data entry, documentation, and office organization
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with office software and technology is an advantage
