Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Notary Public located in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The Notary Public will be responsible for notarizing legal documents, verifying the identity of document signers, witnessing signatures, and ensuring the proper execution of documents. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of notarial acts, providing general information about notarization processes to clients, and traveling to client locations as required. The role may also involve providing support for document preparation, printing, scanning, and copying services.
