We are seeking a dependable, hands-on, and highly motivated Multi-Site Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple client locations. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced security professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Position Overview

As a Multi-Site Security Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites while maintaining a strong on-site presence. You will support staffing needs, manage site personnel, ensure compliance with company and client standards, and serve as a key point of contact for escalations and emergency response.

This role includes a combination of supervisory responsibilities and direct post coverage, including the ability to fill open shifts when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Supervise and coordinate security operations across multiple client locations.
• Ensure all assigned sites remain fully staffed and operational.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalated situations.
• Provide on-call support outside normal business hours when needed.

Staffing & Site Support

• Work 3240 hours weekly on post while managing supervisory duties.
• Fill open shifts and assist with staffing shortages as necessary.
• Support officers during high-priority incidents and operational challenges.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence across all assigned sites.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and support site supervisors and security officers.
• Conduct site inspections, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Scheduling & Operations Management

• Develop and manage employee schedules while controlling overtime.
• Monitor staffing levels and assist with recruitment efforts.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance standards.

Client Relations & Quality Assurance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address concerns professionally and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct audits and enforce company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 23 years of supervisory experience in security operations.
• Previous multi-site supervision experience preferred.
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced or high-responsibility environments.

Additional Requirements

• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage.
• Ability to work on-site while performing supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and required licensing requirements.
• Physically capable of conducting inspections and responding to incidents.
• Must have active Secret Clearance.
