We’re currently looking for a Motion Designer to join our growing Marketing team in Prishtina. As a Motion Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how our products are communicated visually. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, product-focused videos that explain, launch, and showcase KODE OS and its modules—translating complex technology into clear, engaging visual stories.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Create product explainer videos that clearly communicate features, functionality, and value Produce product launch videos for new releases and feature updates Edit and animate content series (video editing + motion graphics) Translate technical and product concepts into simple, compelling visual narratives Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure accuracy and clarity Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment Develop and evolve KODE’s motion design language in line with brand guidelines Support marketing campaigns with motion assets across digital channels Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing work Experience creating product-focused or tech-related videos Strong storytelling skills and understanding of pacing, hierarchy, and visual clarity Proficiency in After Effects and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and consistency across visual outputs Experience working with SaaS or technology products Familiarity with UI animation and product demos Experience with Figma, Illustrator, or similar design tools Knowledge of 3D or scalable motion systems Understanding of branding and design systems Competitive salary based on experience Discretionary Bonus Program Career Development Program and opportunities to grow within the company Flexible Paid Time Off Dynamic team and challenging projects Custom-tailored onboarding experience Welcoming and friendly work environment Social events and team activities
