As a Medicare Sales Agent, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking Medicare coverage, guiding them through plan options and enrollment with clarity and care. This role is ideal for a licensed agent who enjoys consultative selling, values compliance and accuracy, and wants to leverage technology to enhance both efficiency and the client experience. Rewards Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid training and continuing education support Flexible scheduling with growth and advancement opportunities Technology-enabled platform to streamline quoting and enrollment Responsibilities Support clients in selecting Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and related health insurance products Conduct comprehensive needs-based consultations and provide clear, compliant plan recommendations Guide clients through the full enrollment process to ensure a smooth and accurate experience Maintain accurate documentation and remain compliant with state and federal regulations Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory updates Requirements Active and valid state health insurance license (CEs preferred) Strong working knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans Experience in insurance sales, consultations, and needs-based recommendations Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and enrollment goals Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and attention to detail Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
