This is a combined posting for a Medical Laboratory Technician and Medical Laboratory Scientist. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. In conjunction with the medical technologists, performs test analysis on patient specimens including blood, urine, culture samples and other body fluids. Performs test analysis on quality control samples, proficiency samples and performs equipment maintenance.

Medical Laboratory Technician
Required Qualifications:
* Associate's Degree in related sciences or
* Associate's degree with ASCP/ASCPi/AMT Certification as a MLT 6months post hire.
* Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Society for Clinical Pathology Or
* Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Medical Technologists Or
* Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology Or
* Upon hire: National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology Or
* Upon hire: National Laboratory Tech - United States Government
* All certifications must be maintained throughout duration of employment. Continuing education requirements required to maintain license must be completed.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* National Medical Technologist - American Society for Clinical Pathology upon hire or,
* National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists upon hire or,
* National Medical Technologist - American Association of Bioanalysts upon hire or,
* National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology upon hire or,
* National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology upon hire or,
* National Laboratory Tech - United States Government upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree - Medical Technology or related science or
* Bachelor's degree with ASCP/ASCPi/AMT Certification as a MLS or MT experience 6months post hire.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
