Medical Device Assembler

CoWorx is seeking Medical Device Assemblers in the Portsmouth, NH area! Join a growing medical device team where precision, consistency, and quality truly matter. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, following detailed processes, and taking pride in producing high-quality products in a clean, climate-controlled setting. We're seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a structured, hands-on environment. As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll play a key role in building and supporting production of innovative healthcare products.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices and sub-components with a high level of accuracy
• Build sub-assemblies and fixtures to support production
• Perform post-processing of 3D-printed parts
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and evaluate assemblies as needed
• Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and tracking materials
• Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality documentation (GDP/GMP)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Support overall production needs as the business grows

Desired Background/Skills:

• Assembly or production experience in a regulated setting strongly preferred
• Experience following work instructions, blueprints, or engineering drawings
• Comfortable using mechanical and/or electrical hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work with small parts and maintain precision
• Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• High School Diploma or equivalent
