Immediate Hiring For Assembler - 1st Shift Responsibilities: Perform electronic & mechanical assembly, coating, packaging Use microscopes, hand tools, syringes, soldering tools Inspect, test, and document results Repair defects and maintain traceability Follow procedures, safety, and cleanroom standards Requirements: High School Diploma/GED 6+ months manufacturing experience Assembly, inspection, and tool handling skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Preferred: Medical device or cleanroom experience Machine operation & process-driven roles Work Environment: Cleanroom, repetitive tasks, team setting Strict dress code (no makeup, jewelry, etc.) High focus on quality, cleanliness, and compliance Additional Information: 1st Shift: 5am or 6am to 1:30pm or 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays Must be available for mandatory overtime on the back end of the shift There is a possibility that some candidates will be moved to a 9/80 shift after training based on current need. Operator I: 6 months of manufacturing experience needed Operator II: 3-4 years of manufacturing experience Operator III: 5+ years of manufacturing experience Operator I: Pay is $19.25/hr Operator II: Pay is $20.00/hr Operator III: Pay is $20.75/hr Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Temecula, CA.
