Mechanical Maintenance Technician Healthcare Facility First Shift Monday through Friday 7am to 330pm Job Summary Perform mechanical maintenance and equipment repairs in a healthcare facility. Support safe and reliable operation of building systems including HVAC plumbing and mechanical equipment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and perform repairs Repair plumbing fixtures drains and leaks Maintain HVAC systems pumps boilers and chillers Monitor and adjust building automation systems Perform generator testing and inspections Replace lighting fixtures and ceiling components Use manuals and diagrams to diagnose equipment issues Coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors Perform preventive maintenance on building systems Conduct inspections of mechanical rooms and facility areas Qualifications 3 to 5 years mechanical or maintenance experience Experience with HVAC plumbing and mechanical systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow tasks Experience with building automation systems preferred Experience with maintenance work order systems preferred Driver license with clean record required Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $28 - $32 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
