Merchandise Development Position

Essential Duties

• Registering and updating items in the system.
• Communicating with store strategy and related departments.
• Preparing for the launch of new items.
• Updating warehouse inventory data.
• Closing transfer and warehouse inventory records.
• Supporting the creation of sales budgets for assigned items.
• Supporting the creation of monthly merchandise plans.
• Supporting the creation of product schematics (planograms) for each store.
• Supporting negotiations and purchasing of items and ingredients.

Requirements

• Basic skill of Microsoft office.
• Knowledge of Sushi and ingredients
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• English
