Overview AvePoint’s North America Marketing Events team is seeking motivated college students for our summer internship program. Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced field marketing professionals and cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, and operations, gaining hands-on exposure to how a modern go-to-market organization drives pipeline, supports deal execution, and scales repeatable processes. This internship is designed to create mutual value: you’ll build a strong understanding of our organization and field events motions while applying your strengths to meaningful projects. We’re looking for candidates who are innovative, hardworking, analytically curious, and knowledgeable in AI. Candidates must be comfortable learning quickly, communicating clearly, and contributing with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset. Key Responsibilities Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 events by owning specific components like swag planning, run-of-show docs, onsite materials, and key logistics (shipments, inventory, deadlines) Contribute to event planning and pre-event preparation by helping build event briefs and “Know Before You Go” materials (including account research, attendee context, and key details) Research target accounts and attendees to provide insights that help sales and the team show up more prepared Track event performance (attendance, engagement) and summarize what worked, what didn’t, and key takeaways Support Tier 1 events through research, pre-event prep, and capturing onsite and post-event insights Take on a guided project (Post-Event Follow-Up Optimization) and present recommendations to the team Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable synthesizing information into crisp takeaways Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Interest in Marketing Events or Account-based marketing Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about how AI can improve productivity and insights Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams with guidance The typical base compensation range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour.
