Low Voltage Technician 3

Job Summary

Eldre Solutions Group is growing!  We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, collaborative individual who is focused on exceeding customer’s expectations through great communication, attention to detail and technical expertise. The low voltage technician 3’s primary duties include the installation, service and repair of various systems including nurse call, wander management, surveillance systems, hosted voice, internet and staff mobility solutions.  We are willing to invest in you and provide training to assure your success and an opportunity to grow, professionally and financially.

General Accountabilities

• Install low voltage and managed services components and systems. This may include provisioning, programming and installation of servers, cable networks, low voltage systems, WiFi networks, etc
• Perform and complete installations according to industry standards
• Trouble shoot and repair low voltage systems
• Represent Eldre Solutions Group in a manner consistent with our culture and ethics
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Manage time and resources to meet organization's financial goals
• Provide routine reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or approved equivalent
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license required

• Identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
• Craftsman who is mechanically adept and takes pride in their work
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Exhibits high attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Gathers and analyzes data skillfully

Physical Demands

• Ability to travel daily, occasionally overnight, within our territory
• Routinely handle objects weighing up to 25 lbs
• Routinely climb ladders, kneel, reach, stoop, crouch, and work above head
