Litigation Associate

We have been in business over 100 years and with over 140 Attorneys nationwide, we are still growing!  We have built a team of highly skilled attorneys to meet the demands of our ever growing clients' needs. Our client-centered approach is possible because our team of attorneys and staff members across the country work together across practice disciplines and office locations to find creative solutions to client problems.

We are currently in need of a Commercial Litigation Associate! 

We are looking for attorneys with proven defense-side commercial litigation experience in  California state and federal courts , ideally gained at a mid-to-large size law firm. This experience should encompass one or more of the following areas:

• Business Litigation
• Probate or Fiduciary Litigation
• Real Estate Litigation
• Class Actions

Essential Qualifications:

• CA Bar Admission is required (no exceptions).
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Expertise in  handling all aspects of discovery , including drafting/revising discovery, responding to, and objecting to discovery disputes.
• Excellent  research, analytical, and brief writing skills .
• Ability to  manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
