Qualifications & Requirements

• Over 21 years of age
• Fluent in English
• Legal work status (citizenship, green card, or valid working papers if foreign-born)
• Two valid forms of identification
• Compliance with Agency Agreement, including confidentiality and background check
• Understanding of state and federal domestic employee laws
• Minimum high school diploma (college degrees and certifications welcome)
• 3 years of recent full or part-time childcare experience
• Current CPR certification
• Three excellent professional references
• Excellent driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to explain any employment gaps
• Professional and appropriate social media presence
• Personal interview required
• Experience working with at-home parents

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Factors)

• Bilingual is a plus
• Proficient swimmer
