Senior Java & Spring Boot Microservices Developer / Technical Lead with deep expertise in
cloud-native architecture, microservices, DevOps, and data integration . The ideal candidate will have experience in
building, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade applications on
AWS, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and Docker , with proficiency in
Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and database technologies .
This role combines
hands-on development, architecture design, and technical leadership , working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver
high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions in a continuous delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and integrate Spring Boot microservices for enterprise applications
- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS)
- Implement messaging solutions using Apache Kafka and manage event-driven architectures
- Work with cloud infrastructure on AWS to deploy scalable and secure applications
- Design and develop APIs with REST/SOAP services , ensuring proper OAuth/SSO security
- Perform unit testing and integration testing using JUnit, Log4j, or equivalent frameworks
- Ensure CI/CD pipeline implementation with Jenkins, Git, and other DevOps tools
Architectural & Design Responsibilities: - Define and implement microservices architecture and design patterns
- Experience in API gateway integration and platforms like MuleSoft
- Provide technical guidance and architecture vision to development teams
- Ensure scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based solutions
Required Skills & Expertise: - Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and AWS cloud services
- Experience with Apache Kafka and message-driven architectures
- Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Log4j)
- Knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Aurora) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP) and API integration
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and related tools
- Exposure to ReactJS (nice to have)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Marketing Cloud Studios (Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, Mobile Studio)
- Ability to establish data models, work with APIs, and explain architecture to stakeholders
