The Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for users contacting the IT Service Desk. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, technical proficiency, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently using available tools and knowledge. Operating in a 24/7/365 environment, the agent ensures high-quality end-user support for enterprise hardware and software systems.
