Job Description

Summary Under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer, and the internal Creative Team, utilize creativity and design skills while working on a variety of projects across the entire organization, including but not limited to print, digital and outdoor advertising; marketing collateral; in-stadium graphics and signage; production design; and logo design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
Involvement in various phases of a project, including contributing to brainstorming and team meetings, involvement in aspects of design, presentations, photo shoots, production and planning
Interpret brand guidelines and embody a consistent visual brand representation within design
Prepare appropriate files for printers and vendors
Photo selection, editing and retouching
Perform additional duties, as assigned
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and design skills
High attention to detail and sound design and typographical skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of printing processes and file preparation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Possess a curiosity for creativity and a desire to learn new skills and grow current skills
Works well individually and in a collaborative team environment
Education And/or Experience
Must be at least a junior pursuing a degree in Art, Graphic Design or Visual Communications at an accredited college or university. Candidates may also be recent graduates with a degree in Art, Graphic Design or Visual Communications from an accredited college or university.
Computer Skills
Solid understanding of Adobe CC programs including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom in a Mac environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Word.
