What You'll Be Doing Supporting stylists on the floor while strengthening your technical foundation Building confidence with blowouts and prep work Participating in ongoing education, real-time coaching, and hands-on learning Learning the professional habits, client awareness, and salon standards that prepare you for the chair Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and intentional salon environment What We're Looking For Previous assistant experience A current cosmetology license Confidence with blowouts and foundational skills Openness to coaching, feedback, and continued education A genuine interest in craft, growth, and long-term development You don't need to arrive fully formed.
