Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Tupelo, MS

Values:

Wages starting at $18.85 / hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks (sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack, or other equipment as assigned) in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, pallets, and racks
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility
• Verify materials against shipping documents and ensure accurate inventory movement
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, labeling)

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and record-keeping skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to operate equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend

Work Environment

• Refrigerated Warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F

• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good time-management and organizational skills

Experience / Work History

• Prefer previous manufacturing experience
