What We Offer Consistent, year-round work Competitive pay with quarterly bonus opportunities Sheet vinyl installation: $8.80 per square foot Hard surface materials delivered directly to the job site Convenient dumpster access at our locations for rip-and-haul debris Professional office support and scheduling Referral program Employee discounts Responsibilities Install carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), sheet vinyl, and other flooring products Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors for installation Measure, cut, and install flooring with precision Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Dispose of debris properly Communicate professionally with customers and our installation team Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional flooring installation experience Experience installing both carpet and hard surface flooring required Reliable transportation (van preferred) Professional installation tools Valid driver's license Current liability insurance Available to work Monday through Friday Ability to pass a background check (no felony convictions) Strong work ethic with a customer-first attitude Who We're Looking For We're seeking dependable professionals who are self-motivated, take pride in quality workmanship, and understand that customer satisfaction is just as important as installation quality.
