Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $45 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain management information, recurring reports, ad-hoc analytics, and dashboards supporting financial crimes oversight and operations.
• Analyze customer, transactional, and financial crimes data to support risk monitoring, issue identification, and decision-making.
• Partner with Compliance, Business, and Risk stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective analytics and reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize SQL-based queries and datasets across large, complex data environments.
• Develop and maintain visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI .
• Support risk management analytics , including metrics, trend analysis, and control reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in alignment with enterprise data and risk management standards.
• Respond to management, audit, and regulatory data requests as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in SQL-based reporting and analytics, including Teradata and/or Oracle environments.
• Ability to independently analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau and/or Power BI .
• Experience supporting risk management, controls, or compliance-related analytics in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
