We are looking for an experienced HVAC ServiceTechnician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. [Pay is based on experience]

• Installation & Repair: Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshooting:  Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance to prevent system failures, such as cleaning ducts and calibrating thermostats.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhering to safety regulations (OSHA) and EPA standards regarding refrigerant handling.
• Customer Service: Explaining issues to customers and recommending maintenance.
• Documentation: Keeping logs of work performed and parts used. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma/GED; completion of an HVAC program or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Certification: EPA Universal certification is generally required for handling refrigerants.
• Experience: 1–4+ years of experience in HVAC service or installation.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
