At Valora Rise, we're looking for enthusiastic, ambitious individuals to join our growing events team. This is a face-to-face, customer-focused role where you'll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns throughout the Cincinnati area. Every conversation you have helps connect people with incredible causes while allowing you to build confidence, develop professional skills, and earn uncapped commission. No previous sales experience? That's absolutely fine. We provide full training and ongoing support from day one. What You'll Be Doing Representing our nonprofit partners at live events, retail venues, and community promotions Speaking with members of the public and introducing them to meaningful campaign Building genuine connections through engaging face-to-face conversations Explaining campaign goals and encouraging ongoing supporter sign-ups Delivering exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience Working towards individual and team sales targets Learning proven sales, communication, and customer engagement techniques Supporting event setup, presentation, and daily campaign operations Who We're Looking For This opportunity is ideal for someone who: Enjoys meeting and talking with new people Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Is confident, motivated, and enjoys working towards goals Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments Wants to build a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities Is eager to learn, develop, and challenge themselves Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, events, promotions, marketing, brand ambassador work, or hospitality is beneficial but certainly not required. What You'll Receive Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Average earnings of $750–$1,100 per week OTE, with additional bonuses and performance incentives available.
