Cybersecurity Specialist

Dallas, TX | Full-Time, Paid W-2 Employment | Next Cohort: July 2026

nuKudo is hiring its next cohort of Cybersecurity Specialists. We are looking for motivated career changers,

recent graduates, and people from non-technical backgrounds ready to commit to a demanding, hands-on

path into cybersecurity. No degree or prior experience required.

You are hired as a full-time, paid W-2 employee from day one, with full benefits and no tuition. You complete

intensive training and industry certifications in Dallas, then graduate into a multi-year placement with a

partner organization. Next cohort starts July 2026.

What You'll Do

• Complete intensive, hands-on instruction led by industry experts
• Earn recognized industry certifications, fully covered
• Work through advanced labs, simulations, and team projects
• Build technical communication skills, including presentations and demos
• Transition into a cybersecurity role with a partner organization

What We're Looking For

• Motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in cybersecurity and technology
• Strong communication and presentation skills; enjoys working with people and explaining ideas clearly
• Quick learners with curiosity and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced learning environment
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Interest in business, customers, and technology
• Availability for full-time, in-person training in Dallas, TX

Nice to have: A degree, an active or eligible security clearance, or prior IT or cybersecurity experience.

Eligibility

At least 18, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship), with a high school diploma or equivalent. Offers are contingent on a 17-panel drug test and financial, civil, and criminal background checks.

Location

In-person at our Dallas, TX facility. Full-time and on-site.
