Entry Level Communications Associate

Location: Culver City, CA 
Salary: $30 – $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in communications, public relations, or marketing. As a Communications Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s communication strategies and initiatives. 

• Assist in developing and executing internal and external communication plans.
• Create, edit, and proofread content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
• Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on communications activities.
• Support social media management by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
• Coordinate logistics and communication materials for company events and meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
