We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or those beginning their careers in communications to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of communication plans and campaigns.
• Create and edit engaging content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and the company website.
• Monitor and manage the organization’s social media channels to increase engagement and followers.
• Support public relations activities by maintaining media lists and assisting with press outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce materials that enhance internal communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute new ideas to communication strategies.
• Basic knowledge of media relations and public relations principles is a plus.
