Job Description: Work closely with clients to elicit requirements, understand their needs
Collaborate with developers to ensure they fully understand project goals
Develop and refine functional specifications, use cases, and flow diagrams
Keep an eye on project progress and communicate updates with clients
Help troubleshoot and resolve any project hiccups
Serve as liaison between the client and the development team
Gather feedback post-launch to keep improving our processes
Requirements: No previous experience as a Business Analyst required
Great communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical folks
Strong problem-solving skills
A general understanding of software development processes
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and any data visualization software is a plus!
