Most operations leaders manage a building. You will orchestrate a network. This Is Not Traditional Supply Chain. While many have spent their careers optimizing distribution, fulfillment, and transportation, very few get the opportunity to go beyond a single node. This role is not one node. It is the entire operating ecosystem. It sits at the intersection of: * Distribution * Refurbishment & light manufacturing * eCommerce fulfillment * Reverse logistics * Recovery optimization * Technology-enabled process control This is the full gamut of supply chain, forward and reverse, integrated into one disciplined operating system. What You Will Actually Do You will not simply manage warehouses. You will: * Design the operating model for the future of returns * Standardize and scale a national reverse logistics network * Build the execution framework that converts returns into margin * Integrate refurbishment, recovery, and resale into one unified system * Drive operational innovation in a segment that has never had disciplined leadership This is not maintaining a mature supply chain. This is building one that does not yet fully exist. Why This Matters Retailers have optimized forward supply chains for decades. Returns remain the last unsolved frontier. They are expensive.
