Director of Supply Chain Management $125,000-$145,000 + Bonus | Niagara Falls, NY | Full-Time Lead supply chain operations for a growing, family-owned organization where you'll improve processes, build operational structure, and drive scalable supply chain performance across purchasing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

⚙ What You'll Be Doing Supply Chain Leadership - Develop and improve supply chain strategies across:
- Purchasing
- Inventory management
- Logistics
- Warehousing
- Transportation
- Material flow
Operational Improvement - Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and supply chain risks
- Drive initiatives that improve visibility, scalability, and operational consistency
- Strengthen ERP utilization, inventory accuracy, and reporting processes
Purchasing & Inventory Management - Lead purchasing operations and support Senior Buyer performance
- Improve inventory turns, material planning, and operational coordination
- Support supplier execution, pricing implementation, and issue resolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with:
- Sales
- Operations
- Transportation
- Planning
- Customer Service
- Distribution teams
Logistics & Distribution - Support freight optimization and carrier performance
- Improve warehousing efficiency and material movement processes
Process & Systems Development - Reduce manual processes and improve operational workflows
- Help build scalable systems that support long-term organizational growth
What You Need - 10+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or inventory management experience
- Prior leadership experience managing supply chain or purchasing teams
- Strong ERP and inventory management systems experience
- Ability to improve processes in evolving operational environments
- Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience - Oil & lubricants industry experience
- Multi-site or enterprise operational experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
