About the Role Epic Recruiting is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Scottsdale, AZ team. This is a full-time, on-site role for a hands‑on marketer who can develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns that drive qualified leads and applications for our clients. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing, social media, analytics, campaign execution, and online audience engagement. You should be comfortable moving quickly, managing multiple campaigns, reviewing performance data, and collaborating with creative teams to produce marketing that gets results. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing to develop and execute paid social media and Google Ads strategies aligned with client goals. Develop, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and applications. Manage social media content and campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, search campaigns, display campaigns, and recruitment‑focused online campaigns. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and platform dashboards. Track key metrics such as web traffic, lead volume, cost per lead, engagement, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Use data insights to recommend improvements to creative, targeting, messaging, landing pages, and overall campaign strategy. Collaborate with internal video, photography, creative, and account teams to produce compelling campaign assets. Write, edit, and optimize marketing copy for ads, social posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Help ensure brand consistency and clear communication across all digital platforms. Stay current on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, SEO, paid media, and recruitment marketing strategies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, online marketing, social media marketing, or campaign management. Strong understanding of social media platforms and multi‑channel digital campaigns. Experience using web analytics or marketing performance tools to measure and improve results. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and campaign priorities at once. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site team environment in Scottsdale, AZ. Strong attention to detail and ability to turn data into actionable marketing improvements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with recruitment marketing, lead generation, public safety marketing, law enforcement recruiting, or agency‑side marketing. Knowledge of SEO best practices and landing page optimization. Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools. Basic understanding of creative production, including video, photography, short‑form content, or ad creative development.
