Meet all physical requirements that are required including the ability to lift more than 25 lbs and pass a USCG Approved Drug Test
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on vessel and dock
Follow directives from the Captain and Sr. Deckhand
Provide excellent customer service by taking care of all customers in a timely, courteous, efficient and individualized manner
Ensure that the vessel is properly set in preparation of cruise.
Certify that the vessel is always clean and that all cleanliness procedures are completed before, during and after all cruises.
Ability to complete vessel maintenance projects including but not limited to painting interior and exterior of vessel, scrubbing carpets, polishing woodwork and more
Uphold compliance with all company policies and procedures
Communicate with all levels of staff
Maintain a well-kept appearance in accordance with company standards
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
