Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to support a large-scale CRM data cleanup initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work, takes pride in data accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will work closely with an existing team member and play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of contact and company data. Key Responsibilities Review, validate, and update CRM records related to companies, contacts, and interactions Identify, resolve, and flag data discrepancies and quality issues Perform regular data cleansing activities, including merging duplicate records and standardizing data fields Research internal and external sources to complete missing or inaccurate contact and company information Ensure required data fields are populated according to internal standards Reconcile data across internal and third-party systems Maintain strict attention to accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, operations, or CRM-focused roles Experience working with large datasets and high-volume records Strong attention to detail and comfort performing repetitive, process-driven tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience in financial services, professional services, or similarly regulated environments is a plus Technical Skills CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications Comfort working across multiple systems and data sources What We’re Looking For A dependable, detail-oriented “workhorse” who takes pride in clean, accurate data Someone who enjoys structured, behind-the-scenes work and sees value in consistency A team player who is reliable, responsive, and eager to contribute immediately #J-18808-Ljbffr
